Groundhog Day

At 7:25 this morning the Groundhog saw his shadow in Punxsutawney, PA which means 6 more weeks of winter - not usually a stretch here - our winters usually last well into March.  But this year has been what I can only describe as a non-winter.  There is very little snow on the ground - less than 1 inch as of yesterday but with predicted temperatures to reach in the high 30's the rest of the week that should all but disappear.  I am ready for Spring!

But... we can't get ahead of ourselves here.... remember what last February was like....
